The soap wrapper toiletry or utility bags are hand made by sewing soap wrappers together in order to form a single sheet; these sheets are then covered in protective plastic layer and turned into a square utility bag. The plastic used is sourced from products that are wrapped in thick plastic during transportation and storage such as mattresses. These can be made from almost any sort of wrapper to be used as a brand launch.
