Mould making is my forte and I have been working with silicone moulds for a while now. They are a fabulous new add on to the crafting industry and they really bring in a whole new range of possibilities to life. All these new possibilities but we still limited to an off the shelf mould? I’m still stuck with how I will create a new and unique item. How do I put the corporate logo onto my products? The biggest challenge has been that there are so few moulds that are available and if I want to make something unique I am stuck. I would usually resort to hand sculptor or in some instances lasercut outs. Every time a client asks me to add their logo to a product it’s a 3 week struggle to figure out the best way to incorporate their design onto a candle soap or cake!
For the longest time I have been wanting to just make my own stuff and not do what everyone else does.
So I took the leap of faith and created my own moulds!!! Its relatively easy once you know how and the best part is your soap mould can now be used for candles, cement and all the other crafts you do. You not stuck with a soap mould for soap and one for candles and another for cement…
Because of the flexibility of the silicone you can use the same one mould for various crafts!! This really adds a dimension to crafting that is making home based business, professional and lucrative!
The challenge… how do I learn everything there is to know?
Well, you will need time lots of time, lots of trial and error and a lot of money!
Don’t worry I’m here to help.
Everything you need to know, for the begining crafter to start doing unique moulds! The technical jargon is explained in this easy to follow human level e-book.
